Returns & exchanges

​All information will be listed on the back of your receipt.
Please drop off/ship your return within 7 days of original delivery date. Please respect our store policy due to the restrict time window for party dresses. $15 late fee will be deducted if return postage date is past 7 days of original delivery date. No return will be accepted after 14 days of original delivery date. Please include the original receipt.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange:
1.Items marked as final sale.
2.Returns received in damaged/worn condition, no tag, smell of perfume, missing parts etc. 

3. Return ships after 14 days of original delivery. 

4. Express shipping fee and international shipping fee are nonrefundable.
