Please check size chart of each individual item and make sure your body measurements are within the measurements of the size you are looking for. Our dresses are very fitted and do not go beyond. Please contact us if you have any questions.

4.Does my package have insurance?
Yes. All packages, including first class and international packages are insured up to the paid value. Please contact us if your package is lost or damaged(please take photos of the damaged box), we will submit the claim for you.
Shop here, worry-free. Your package are fully covered with insurance. Claim processing time are vary depending on USPS, UPS and 3rd Party Insurance Company, etc.

Monday-Friday: 8am-8pm
Sat and Sun: Depends on availability.
All message received between Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm will be replied on same day.
All messages received on Saturday and Sunday: We will try to reply during the weekend but all will be replied on next Monday when we back to work.
6.Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Yes. Only CLEARANCE AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS are no return, no exchange. All other items(including sales other than CLEARANCE AND DEFECTIVE) are eligible for return and exchange within the time window.
Please contact us if you would like to exchange outside the deadline. We hope you have a wonderful shopping experience with us and we will work out for the past due exchange.
7.What should I include for return?
Please include the receipt when you return your order. We need information to locate your order and process refund.
We are unable to process your refund if we cannot find your order. Please contact us if this issue applies to you and please send us your tracking number.
8. Where are you located?
We are located in New York State, USA. All shipments are going out from New York, and all return packages need to ship back to New York US as well. We are e-commerce only and do not have any physical stores now.
