The upper body is stretchy. Very flexible to wear. Size up is NOT necessary.
This dress is ultra soft, cozy and comfortable. Exclusive prints pattern designed and ordered from Mr. Water brand. Shoulder has elastic as well and can be wore with shoulder or off shoulder. 
Dark navy color: One organic cotton layer, not see through. The single layer gives you the comfortable, breezy and ultra cool feeling during summer. Fabric is 100% organic cotton. 
Ivory/cream color: Outer shell is linen and cotton blended fabric, a little see through. So it is fully lined inside with cotton fabric as well. A small head scarf is included in the dress for free. 
High waist, no pocket.
